Since 2005, Simon Fischnaller is the host at the lodge Wieserhütte in Altafossa Valley. During your holiday in the South Tyrolean mountains, at the lodge he will serve you hearty specialties, all sorts of South Tyrolean delicacies and sweet temptations. In addition to many varieties of dumplings, the homemade cheese is particularly popular with the house guests. During your holiday at the lodge Wieserhütte you will be pampered with traditional South Tyrolean home cooking. Breakfast consists of many alpine products from our own production. The à la carte lunch offers a selection of dishes, and in the evening the host will serve you a simple menu on the sun terrace or in the characteristic lounges.
